Aluminized steel exhaust muffler is made of a special steel, the material is mild steel that has been coated with an aluminum-silicone alloy. It is light gray. It may even look shiny compared to mild steel.Aluminized steel exhaust muffler is more expensive than mild steel muffler,however, compared to stainless, it is very affordable.

Application of Aluminized Steel Exhaust Muffler:
Typically the muffler is in the center of the exhaust. If you want to deffen the sound make sure the exhaust clears the rockers and is not pointed directly at the ground.
